FAQ's
We take both phone and email orders. If you have a customized order or questions it will best to place your order on the phone.
We accept all major credit cards, Cashapp, and Venmo. A check can be used only when a prior arrangement has been made.
The minimum order for pickup at our kitchen is $40. Orders over $100 has no delivery fee if delivery is within Jefferson County. Under a $100 and/or outside of Jefferson County delivery is $1 per mile for our production kitchen.
Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the date the order is needed. Orders under $100 are required to be paid for in full at the time of order. All deposits are non-Refundable. Any order that has not met the above requirements will not be put into production.
We currently are not set to ship at this time.
We do not have a retail store. Our kitchen is for chocolate production only, but you can place an order for pick up.
We have a commercial production kitchen in Hoover, AL. We carry a food permit from Jefferson County Health Department.
We started our business in April of 2018.
We use the highest quality chocolate to make our products. We proudly use Callebaut a Belgian couverture chocolate. Some of the varieties of chocolate we carry are Kosher and or Parve.
You should store your chocolate in a cool dry place away from any direct sunlight or heat.
Your chocolate should last about 4 weeks. We recommend that you eat your chocolate within one to two weeks. Some of our products like brittle, chocolate bars and toffee have a shelf life of up to a month.
Our chocolate is gluten free, and our dark chocolate is vegan. We can also customize chocolate or confections to your specific dietary needs.
